We step in where the moving company leaves off, and unpack boxes, label and organize household belongings. We utilize the time we have been given efficiently and effectively, working from room to room, starting with the most important rooms first.

As an example, we don’t just hang your clothes in the closet. If you have expressed that you want more, then we organize clothes by color and style, and make accommodations for seasonal clothing, hats, belts, purses, and bags. In addition, we discuss personal care (laundering, ironing, steaming, dry clean, and repair) for clothing and shoes, and even recommend trusted shops, tailors and shoe/leather repair in the local area.

The Home Settler

The Home Settler propels you to success! The Estate Keeper aligns with your vision and goals and customizes a home management system that suits your family and lifestyle. We become your Personal Assistant and can help to set up utilities, lawn care, cable, etc. Services include unpacking boxes and labeling/organizing household belongings, brining about a swifter “home sweet home”.

The Home Stead

1-2 WEEKS

3-4 TEK TEAM MEMBERS

The Home Stead helps you get established and rooted in your new home and community. We listen to you and help to create a home environment where your family can thrive.  The Home Settler services are included.  Staffing and training (bilingual) are available for housekeepers, personal assistants, nannies, and household managers. Welcome home!
